CONCESSIONS

With the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, it is important that we provide a minimal contact concessions experience. That’s why we’ve partnered with Noble to streamline our concessions process. Skip the line and get back to the movie faster with Noble. Download the Noble App in the Apple App or Google Play Store. Or visit our Noble webpage.

Please note, Noble may not be available for every event at The Smith.

Want to still order your concessions the old way? No problem! We now have chip readers available for contactless credit card transactions.

SANITATION

Your safety is The Smith’s biggest priority. That’s why we’ve enhanced our cleaning procedures. After each event, our auditorium will be carefully disinfected and high-touch surfaces will be wiped down periodically with EPA-registered disinfectant. In addition to keeping a safe building, multiple hand sanitizer stations will be available in our lobby. Proper hand hygiene is required for all staff and volunteer members, and is highly encouraged for our patrons as well.

REFUNDS, POSTPONEMENTS, & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds are given at the discretion of the event host. The Smith Opera House operates as both a presenting venue and a rental theater. For performances where The Smith is serving as a rental venue and is not issuing tickets, refunds are determined by those parties responsible.

For ticket cancellations, The Smith will only be issuing refunds for COVID-19 related reasons. Refund requests can be made by ticket buyers via email and order number must be included with any correspondence.

For cancelled shows, refunds will be automatically issued to the buyers original method of payment.

For postponed shows, buyers will have to request a refund from The Smith. Only purchases made via our ticketing platform, Eventbrite, can be honored. If you purchased your tickets from a resale site such as TicketMaster or StubHub, you must reach out to those organizations for a refund.
