Baltimore-based The Honey Dewdrops brings their Americana sound to the Smith!

GENEVA, NY – Americana duo, The Honey Dewdrops, comes to the Smith Center for the Arts on Friday, November 5th at 8:00pm. The Honey Dewdrops is Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish who musically push and pull between their original roots in the Appalachian Mountains and their current home in Baltimore. Tickets are $18 (plus additional fees) and are on sale now at thesmith.org or by visiting or calling our box office for phone and in-person sales, 10am-4pm, Tuesday-Friday.

The Honeydew Drops’ music is hailed by Baltimore Magazine as “sweet to the ears, easy on the heart, and will stick in your mind for some time to come.” It reflects the beautiful and hard realities of today through the harmony-soaked songs, featuring the tones of guitar, banjo, and mandolin. This Americana duo has released 6 albums and toured internationally, bringing their dynamic and intimate sound to audiences worldwide.

Along with their concert on November 5th, The Honeydew Drops will be hosting a FREE songwriting workshop on Saturday, November 6th at 2:00pm. This event is currently sold out.

The Honey Dewdrops is sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation’s Mid Atlantic Tours which is made possible through the generous support of the National Endowment for the Arts’ Regional Touring Program with additional funding provided by the Delaware Division of the Arts.

All concert and workshop attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test upon arrival at The Smith. Masks must be worn while at The Smith but may be removed once seated.
The Smith’s box office will be open for in person or over the phone sales Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm. Online tickets may be purchased at any time. All phone or online purchases will receive a digital ticket sent to a valid email.
