Mozart’s great opera, “The Marriage of Figaro,” will be conducted by James Blachly, staged by Marie Allyn King, and sung in English and Italian with projected supertitles. Featured will be bass Tyler Putnam as Figaro, soprano Michelle Seipel as Susanna, baritone Robert Garner as the Count of Almaviva and soprano Darlene Bennett as the Countess. Mezzo soprano Sarah Nordin sings the role of the adolescent Cherubino, Nicholas Kilkenny sings Dr. Bartolo and Giliana Norkunas his servant Marcellina. Also appearing are Mariami Bekauri as Barbarina and Luke Scott as the drunken gardner Antonio.
