The Miss/Mr Gay Finger Lakes (MGFL) Pageantry  system is a competition that provides an opportunity for members of the LGBTQ community to serve as a symbol of excellence. The competition itself has a variety of components by which the contestants are judged and scored. Love, Ambition, Knowledge, Excellence, and Solidarity are the guiding principles of the MGFL Pageantry System. The MGFL system is owned and founded by Darnell L. Pierce and Anthony Vasconez, male competitors themselves. Darnell and Tony have graced the stage of many pageants and fitness competitions.
