GENEVA, NY – The Smith is thrilled to announce its 5th annual fundraiser, “A Sparkling Night: Spiritualism and The Smith.” This glamorous event, to be held on Saturday, February 1st at 6pm, highlights the delicious sparkling wines of the Finger Lakes and is inspired by the 130 year old history of the Smith Opera House. This year, party goers will not only be encouraged to dress in 1920’s style but to sample the offerings of tarot card readers, crystal readers and more and remember that our founder, William Smith, was a Spiritualist in his time.
Finger Lakes sparkling wine tastings, delectable local bites, live entertainment, and a touch of the ethereal will all be included in one ticket price. All proceeds will support the Smith Opera House’s mission of preserving our iconic cultural landmark and presenting unforgettable film and performing arts experiences. This event is sponsored by Hancock Estabrook, LLP.
