GENEVA, NY –  In its 131st season, The Smith continues its tradition of welcoming stellar performances in a gorgeously restored, historic opera house. An anchor of Finger Lakes culture, The Smith proudly hosts local talent and world-class performers.

It’s Smith Membership season! This fall, ensure The Smith’s continued vibrancy by becoming a member. Membership donations are critical to covering the substantial costs of operating this historic venue. With membership levels ranging from $60 to $1,000 per year, your support helps keep the lights on and the curtain rising for unforgettable performances and events. From hosting national tours in the ArtSmart Educational Theatre series for local schoolchildren to providing a dazzling stage for graduations, dance recitals, and more, The Smith continues to enrich and celebrate our community. Legendary performers have graced The Smith’s stage, praising its stunning acoustics, breathtaking architecture, and the enthusiastic audiences that fill the seats.

This Fall, The Smith has an exciting lineup of upcoming shows and events:

• The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Oct 24) – This cult classic is back at The Smith this October with an interactive shadow cast of talented local performers. Don’t dream it—see it…at The Smith!
• Hot Tuna with special guest Jim Lauderdale (Oct 26) – The iconic American blues rock band has been delivering a profound musical experience to audiences pushing six decades. Jim Lauderdale opens the show!
• Let’s Sing Taylor (Nov 8) – The ultimate tribute to the music of Taylor Swift! Fans can expect faithful covers of Swift’s expansive catalogue, including songs from her new album, The Life of a Showgirl.
• Beatles vs Stones (Dec 10) – This tribute performance is back at The Smith after selling out in 2023! These two legendary bands will engage in an on-stage, mash-up duel featuring internationally renowned tribute bands, Abbey Road and Satisfaction – The International Rolling Stones Show.
• Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol (Dec 12) – The first show in our new Family Performance Series, A Christmas Carol brings holiday cheer to Geneva! Celebrate the true Spirit of Christmas with this splendid show, filled with haunting special effects and an enormous dose of laughter.
