The Smith goes to FULL CAPACITY for “1964” The Tribute

GENEVA, NY – There is no better way to celebrate returning to full capacity than by dancing and singing the night away to the music of rock and roll legends, The Beatles. The Smith Center for the Arts is thrilled to announce their first show at full capacity – meaning all 1400 seats – will be “1964” The Tribute. On Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 8:00PM, “1964” will recreate an early ‘60s live Beatles concert with period instruments, clothing, hairstyles and onstage banter. The band features Mark Benson as John Lennon, Mac Ruffing as Paul McCartney, Tom Work as George Harrison, and Bobby Potter as Ringo Starr. There will be a Patreon and Members-only presale on Thursday, June 24th at 12:00pm, and a general public onsale starting on Friday, June 25th at 12:00pm. The Smith box office is back open for phone and in-person sales, 10am-4pm, Tuesday-Friday!

“1964” last performed at the Smith in 2019, and we are thrilled to welcome them back to celebrate the return of live music.  For over 30 years, “1964” has astounded audiences with what is considered to be the most authentic and endearing tribute to The Beatles. The band meticulously re-creates the “magic” of those live concerts with artful precision and unerring accuracy. This concert is perfect for those that never saw The Beatles live but always wanted to.

1964 The Tribute is not endorsed by or affiliated with Apple Corps, LTD.
